Richard Greene Clarus Advisors

Richard Greene, CEO – Director Clarus Advisors, LLC.

Rich Greene is a proven leader with a record of success in meeting and exceeding objectives. His varied business experiences, both domestic and international, have provided him with a keen understanding of a wide array of industries, including; manufacturing, distribution, publishing, “green” technologies, health care, agriculture and retail. He has worked with clients ranging in size from $1 million in revenue to over $1 billion.

A decisive strategist, collaborating with boards and executive teams, his design and implementation solutions have consistently led to the success of the operations in which he has been involved. He has helped companies grow and thrive in an assortment of economic environments. He works to ensure that the organizations’ tactics (sales, account & finance, IT, operational delivery and HR are aligned with the capital resources available, and that controls and processes are in place to achieve the company’s stated objectives.

He is a noted author (Building Value: The 5 Keys for Achieving Success) and speaker. As a leader, Mr. Greene employs a holistic, open coaching style that empowers his clients to achieve both their organizational and personal goals. In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Greene is committed to giving back to the community. He serves on a variety of Not-for-Profit boards, encompassing health, family and poverty services, and the arts.

Jacqueline Roth, CM&AA, CBI

Jacqueline Roth Clarus Advisors wealth managementJacqueline Roth is a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with experience as deep as it is diverse. Ms. Roth manages all transaction support services, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. She has successfully originated, structured, and executed millions of dollars of private business transactions in manufacturing, distribution and specialty service markets. Ms. Roth believes in a proactive approach to creating enterprise value for our lower-middle market business clients.

Jacqui has nearly 20 years of manufacturing, construction and engineering experience within highly-regulated facilities. Her technical experience spans a number of industries – most notably, pharmaceuticals (primarily oral solid dosage production of controlled and non-controlled substances), pulp and paper manufacturing, chemical production and power generation. The combination of technical expertise and transaction experience makes a unique combination that few, if any, M&A intermediaries in the country have.

Ms. Roth performed undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin, has taken countless continuing education courses since then and served her country in the Army Reserves. After six years of service, Ms. Roth was honorably discharged with a rank of Sergeant E-5.

Ms. Roth is an active member of the Raleigh community, including the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, the Alliance of M&A Advisors (AM&AA), M&A Source and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Her passion and breadth of experience are the ideal combination to guide you through a successful exit transaction.
